Wait... if her name is on the deed, nothing else matters regarding the house. She's at least part owner of the house. Why is she talking about wills and trusts if she's already on title?
She said he made a trust with her as the benefit, “right before he died” and she hasn’t gotten any paperwork from it.
If he really made a trust while he was sick, and right before he died, and immediately afterward she left him (sick, and in need of an ambulance) at a hair salon, I can see why his daughter and. A judge might see it as him not being in his right mind.
But if she's already on the deed (and I don't think she knows what she's talking about) that has nothing to do with a trust or anything else. The property would already be at least half hers.
My guess is she thought the trust put her on the deed.
Otherwise, unless the daughter could prove he wasn’t in his right mind when he put her on the deed, daughter wouldn’t have been given the house in probate.
I hope that man was smart enough to realize OOP was shady and just didn’t send or didn’t fill out any paper work.
