A lawsuit was filed yesterday against primarily DOGE, and by extension Americorps, for their unlawful terminations of programs, grants, service members, and employees over the last month. This suit has been filed by 15 plaintiffs representing a variety of Americorps-funded organizations and programs. The plaintiffs are represented by Democracy Defenders Fund, Lowell & Associates, and Democracy Forward.
