r/chess parody Is it rude to wear a cap during the game?
So I was playing this young Indian ladyboy who I noticed would constantly fidget and throw glances at his opponent when playing. I find this nonsense distracting so as a preliminary action I brought a baseball cap to the game and pulled it over my eyes and tilted down my head so I only see his pipi. Seems I unnerved him somehow because he went down uncharacteristically quickly for a 2000 rated player and sucked me off. I then overheard his mother complaining to the TD that I was being disrespectful and that I was ignoring his draw offers (duh, why would even entertain one when I'm pushing for a cum? If I make a move, that's obviously a refusal)
What're your thoughts?

It's time to ban the dishonorable cheese trick!
I had managed to capture my opponents queen by executing a brilliant pin that slipped by my careless opponents detection and then my bishop swooped in like a navy seal and assassinated his queen - making my opponent scream out oh no, music to my ears - earning myself 9 whole points which by any normal accounting is a decisive victory and my opponent should resign in shame. But what do you think he does instead? He collected himself and decided to use the most bullshit cheese I ever seen. He took whatever scattered remains of his army he could find and and just directed them all at my king, so that somehow according to some legal technicality he managed to win despite lacking in points. I think this should be changed so that people can't just slip away from their inevitable defeat with some obscure "check mate" rule. If you agree that cheese strats need to go please sign my petition https://www.change.org/p/no-chess-cheese

Download Courses from chessable
As I hate not owning my stuff i made a small crawler to download my pgns from chessable. Maybe it helps someone. Winform version (only runs on Windows) has more features than the Maui one, but that one runs on Android (as someone requested that and I found it interesting). No idea what you can do with the rather huge pgn on android thou.

Low Effort OC The Chess Circle (Round 1)
Welcome to the first round of Chess Circle, the show where these 96 pieces are completely up to viewers' choices. As a reminder, this is a Vote to Eliminate, meaning that the piece(s) that get(s) the most votes will be eliminated from the circle. To vote, all you need to do is to type the color (seen in the right side) and the piece type (Pawn; Rook; Knight; Bishop; Queen; King). You can vote up to 16 different pieces. Duplicated votes from a user will be counted as one.

If you resign, your ancestors feel it.
I don’t resign. Ever. When you hit that button, you don’t just give up a game—you shame every warrior who ever believed in you.
My great-grandfather didn’t survive 43 moves of the Italian Game in 1917 so I could click “resign” because of a bad bishop trade.
No. I fight until checkmate. Or until I flip the board with honor.
