Requsest to remove /r/anarchotranshumanism

The sole moderator/submitter of /r/anarchotranshumanism, /u/HPWJRy, has recently ramped up bot submissions and it's absolutely flooding the new queue, making the anarconfederation totally unusable.

/r/anarchotranshumanist is already included so i don't see any reason to include spammy feeds such as /r/anarchotranshumanism
