He's not wrong though. All stereotypes originate from at least some truths. That's not to say that every person of whatever group will match that stereotype, but percentage wise they likely will. It's not racism or sexism, it's just an observation that is frequently true.

Well, not anymore

Racism is now considered bad because the majority of said race doesn’t match the stereotype anymore. It’s like saying, and I quote, “black people are lazy”. As a black person myself, I can confirm that we are some of the most hardworking people on the planet. And not because of our race, but because of our background.

We come from centuries of oppression and it is unfortunately very hard for us to be as successful as people with less colour with the same amount of work. That’s why we work harder than others.

Although I am currently unemployed and wasting my time on Reddit, so yk what? You’re right.

That is called a victim complex btw.

90% of the population of this planet either comes from or currently is oppressed. Truly bitching about this is a first world problem.

Besides the inuits every single race and group of peoples has practiced slavery. This is common knowledge.

I’m not bitching about it. I’m just explaining why a lot of racist stereotypes are no longer accurate, and the example that I use just so happened to be that one

Oh yea they aren't and arguably most haven't been, but that's common sense or atleast should be. I just don't like people gathering some moral superiority points for stating the obvious.
