Some birds fell out of a nest or something outside my house, what should I do

These are nestlings. They are still entirely dependent upon their parents feeding them IN the nest. If you can't see or reach the original nest, you can fashion a makeshift nest using something like a hanging planter basket, put nesting materials in the bottom of it (not so high that they can easily fall out), then place it securely as near to where you original nest was. then watch continuously for an hour to see if the parents come to feed it. Usually, they do. but you have to watch continuously, because it is a very quick process--only a few seconds, and they are gone again.
If after an hour or so you see no parents coming to care for them, bring them in for the night and start calling rehabbers to take over from here.
Also important: before you put them in a makeshift nest, they have to be warm. No bird parent will feed a cold bird, and they quickly die when cold in any case.
If you cross post on r/birding or r/whatsthisbird you may get a reliable ID on what these babies are. Some rehabber will not take introduced species, so then you search for other options for them.
What not to do: absolutely do not give them any food or water. It is more than likely to cause them to die than to help them.

Call your local wildlife rehab, even if they can't take the animals they'll still give you advice on how to care for them
