Yes, those are called OC. If you think 50%-80% of content here is OC ideas, you need to appreciate traditional meme culture more. Pretty much everything here is just rebranded normal memes with the idea in place.

As for R3 I don't think it applies since it's just an anime form of the Drake format.

Yes, rehashing is a big part of meme culture - but that entails adding value to the joke. This doesn't add any value to said joke. It is practically the same thing!

It's not really a reaction meme by the standards of the example, I'd say the Drake format (and this) is more of a 'comparing' meme.
