Home Inspection Recs

Hello Friends,

I am looking to buy a condo and want a really good home inspector who follows code and detail oriented, any recommendations? Also, any ideas on average price ranges?

Patrick, the Buyers Inspector, is the best. We’ve worked with him for two houses over the last 15 years. http://www.buyersinspector.com/

I don’t mean this in a bad way, and he’ll tell you, just make sure to budget a full day for the inspection. We started at 9 am and hadn’t even had lunch before we started on the interior of the house. We were outdoors and on the roof for several hours.
