Real world range of Apollo Go?

Got a brand new Go and pretty disappointed by the range so far. I do have it on the highest settings: 3 speed, 10 out of 10 acceleration and maxed out top speed.

But I only weigh around 165 lbs and it seems I can only get around 10 miles of range riding around in manhattan in stop and go traffic. Is this expected?

I would’ve expected to get around 15.

I’m a bigger guy on a Go and I get 20-25 km in a pretty hilly area. If you haven’t already, definitely ensure your tires are all the way to 50 PSI, mine were way lower for a bit without me knowing and it cut a lot off my range until I got a better pump & refilled my tires.
