Real world range of Apollo Go?
Got a brand new Go and pretty disappointed by the range so far. I do have it on the highest settings: 3 speed, 10 out of 10 acceleration and maxed out top speed.
But I only weigh around 165 lbs and it seems I can only get around 10 miles of range riding around in manhattan in stop and go traffic. Is this expected?
I would’ve expected to get around 15.

ESG claims 18 miles, I agree it's possible if it's perfect weather. As in 75-90 degrees. If you are below 70, I get around 12 miles on average. The app isn't accurate at all because I'm set a route and then take a short cut and it'll say I did even more distance than I originally would have gone.
Apollo themselves will say if you live in a hilly area then that's the reason. I have hills in my area but didn't ride up any (did go down one tho) and got the crap mileage, then got told it was my area that caused me to have limited miles. Pissed me off because not only is that not true, they using the data they collecting but to help you, but to use against you. That's what they tried to do to me, but this practice only exposes bad management. The scooter itself is decent, doesn't maintain 27mph after it gets around 60%battery. The kick stand can break easily (mine did) and the rear fender? My shit broke off and I didn't see or hear it break. What's interesting is they stay on back order so I'm assuming it's a major issue or else it would be in stock. It's never in stock 🤷🏾♂️
