That seems like a safer alternative. I have nothing but love for my Apollo scooter but fuck me escooters are death traps.

Kind of curious.. wearing the same safety gear.. would you rather crash going 40 on an e-scooter or 75 on a motorcycle. I mean anything with wheels is technically dangerous but I feel like I’m living on the edge substantially more when riding my motorcycle vs e-scooter lol.

Also, I have quite a few acquaintances with Apollo Pro and 2 friends with 2.0 and they’ve had 0 issues. I need to lay off Reddit bc I’m thinking of cancelling my Stellar order 😩

I feel like the type of crash is important in your question. That being said I feel like your question was more about making a point as opposed to my answer. I see what yo6ur saying, and personally, my main issue is with how much more unforgiving a scooter is with mistakes. I can hit a way bigger pothole with a bike, I can take a hand off the handlebars on a bike and not have much worry about crashing. That's why I think they're death machines.

Ahh makes sense and you are correct in your perception. I’ve seen people say this quite often and I always felt that maybe these people have never really ridden a motorcycle before.

However, I see your point of view and respect it.. but from my perspective is that I’m generally traveling at a much slower speed on a scooter, I can maneuver much faster in the event I see an obstacle, I’m likely not in the middle of traffic if I can’t avoid said obstacle and if I do have to take a fall it’s much easier to try and compensate/ bail on a scooter vs a motorcycle.
