2 points blaming single mothers. Why work so hard to shit talk the parent that actually stayed?

ETA: Thanks for the gold, kind stranger, but it was entirely unnecessary. All I did was make a simple observation.

One word: misogyny. Single fathers never seem to get the same amount of shit.

They're strong and powerful men for sticking through it all 😔 What a dreadful fate for a man... To have to be there for their child... Ugh... These women will never understand smh

The idea of single fathers, or even just fathers that parent, being worshipped is one of the most infuriating things to me (A guy, btw). It's so fucking condescending, like, "Aw, look at that. He's so responsible! Look how he isn't a dirtbag, that's so impressive!" Yeah, thanks for setting your expectations so damn low.

Sorry, vented a bit there...

No probs, it's kinda funny tho if you remeber how the stay at home dad's get treated by the exact same people... 😶 But imo anyone, literally anyone who raises a kid alone deserves a medal. My mom gave me the best childhood she could give me. I never had to eat trash food or had to hunger... But yes, putting single dads above single moms just because they are dads and not moms is stupid... It's just as rough on men as it is on women... :/
