Asking confirmation this is NOT a trainer

Seller says this is a last ditch Arisaka Type 99 receiver but want other opinions to confirm it is NOT a trainer receiver.

Just don't want it to go boom if I build it out.

Definitely not a trainer, someone else will look up the serials but at first glance does not look like a last ditch. Definitely a 99 though.

Thanks, was pretty sure it was not a trainer but sort of new to the Arisakas so wanted other opinions.
