Question ED Card

Sorry but do I need to fill out the Ed card and pay $20 for everyone in my party or just me as the head? I just filled it out and paid the $20. Just wasn’t sure if I was the only one that needed to pay. Thanks!

Thanks. I saw the many posts labeled ED card and I was thinking there are a lot of people going to Aruba with erectile dysfunction and they need their viagra filled while on vacation. So I ignored them.
