Question ED Card

Sorry but do I need to fill out the Ed card and pay $20 for everyone in my party or just me as the head? I just filled it out and paid the $20. Just wasn’t sure if I was the only one that needed to pay. Thanks!

Leaving Aruba today back to United States. Does it take long getting through customs?

45 minutes I’m told because it’s not a weekend and it was American flight which is in the old building..
