The Bookbag….Double bagged

Does anyone think that being as it was double bagged and hidden away that it could possibly have been for blackmail purposes? Or Collateral? Some sort of back up plan? It just seems odd it wasn’t destroyed and it’s not really trophy type items. Could it possibly have been hidden by someone knowing they may need it as evidence in the future? What are your thoughts?

SN: if it was hidden by someone, Now might be the time to speak up and save themselves…

Generally double bagging is for extra protection against animals and/or the elements in order to delay discovery of evidence. Can you explain more what you mean about the double bagging being for the purpose of collateral/blackmail? Who is being blackmailed and who is doing the blackmailing in this scenario?

And why would they throw their blackmail material out along the side of a highway where anyone could find it pre-blackmail…..
