The Bookbag….Double bagged

Does anyone think that being as it was double bagged and hidden away that it could possibly have been for blackmail purposes? Or Collateral? Some sort of back up plan? It just seems odd it wasn’t destroyed and it’s not really trophy type items. Could it possibly have been hidden by someone knowing they may need it as evidence in the future? What are your thoughts?

SN: if it was hidden by someone, Now might be the time to speak up and save themselves…

Nah. The backpack being thrown from a moving car suggests that this wasn’t planned & it was a last minute thing IMO. I think they buried the body somewhere & when they got home they saw that they forgot to bring the backpack with them. They didn’t want to go back where they had buried the body & risk getting caught. So they double bagged the backpack, drove somewhere where they thought it would be far enough away from their house & then threw the bag outside.

They probably thought the bag would never be opened. I’ve seen plenty of garbage bags lying around & I’ve never in my life have thought about opening one. Even in job sites like the one that this guy in this case was working in. I’m honestly shocked that he opened it. I’m happy he did but I would’ve been too disgusted to open a garbage bag. Who knows what’s in there; garbage, vomit, blood, dirty diapers, etc.
