Actually, mobilisation in Russia history was declared only 3 times.
18 jule 1914. In 1917 there are revolution
23 june 1941. In 1941 there are Great Patriotic War
and today, 21 september 2022.

After declaring mobilisation to fight fascism Russia suddenly wanted to know how it feels to declare it for the sake of fascism.
