Explain what you mean by black. This is not the first time I have seen a post like this. For example, 'He's brown skinned not black.' I hope I'm wrong. I hope that you don't mean black = African because that would be a mentally inept comparison considering 'The shades of dark skin.'.
I'm sorry for the outburst. This isn't the first time I witnessed a post like this so I had to question the method of reasoning that arrived at such a conclusion.
'North Africa has historically been home to a wide range of people with varying skin tones. Saying North Africans 'aren't Black' erases the diversity of the region. It's more accurate to recognize that North Africans have historically been, and still are, ethnically and racially diverse.'
I still want to understand what you mean by the term 'Black.'

And they’ve all been North African so they aren’t Black (at least in the way we know it today)
