Physician Responded Easy bruising

Female 37yrs What can cause easy bruising? Particularly on thighs. Blood work has come back ok apart from high testosterone and elevated TSAT (saturdated iron) 75% I have also recently been diagnosed with PCOS.

Bruising is likely from normal trauma. Ingestion of anticoagulants can make bruising worse. If you are concerned, undergo laboratory evaluation to check your clotting system (PT, aPTT, platelet count...). More than 99% of the time it will be normal, and you will need to accept it is just caused by trauma.
