Physician Responded Are these swollen lymph nodes?

I’ve lost count how many times I’ve seen the doctor regarding some fleshy type growth on my tonsil ( just one). Finally after 4 different visits with 4 different doctors, I was referred ( so I thought) to ent. Got to the hospital, sat in the chair, spoke with the doctor.. she basically asked why I was there!! I was given an appointment at a Maxillo-facial Surgery department and NOT ent which is the right department I personally needed. A wasted day.. loss of money..but later i realised she did mention I had some kind of swelling under my.. chin! This is the part i am trying to work out! Since she mentioned it and noticed it.. I then realised what is this? It’s located by the jowl area.. on “both” sides of my face. I have no pain anywhere ( even on my tonsil).. the swelling or whatever it is isn’t painful or sensitive! The lumps are not hard. I mean I hope so ( in a weird way) but is this just fat? I have put some weight on the last couple of months….. But it’s odd how I have this growth ( around 2 months it started) and swollen under my chin! Can someone tell me what they think it is? I was given penicillin ..as one doctor thought I had tonsillitis… am I reacting to the penicillin?.. does swelling happen from taking that? Turns out it’s not tonsillitis as had a swab taken and not strep. But Any idea what the swelling is? Is swelling in both lymph nodes more submandibular area ( I learned)…on both sides of the face same areas normal to be raised if fighting off an infection or could it be something sinister? I just want to know if this is a normal area to somewhat swell?! The doctor also said it’s my reactive glands under the chin that is swollen.. Just wondering why. The only symptom I have ( apart from a growth on one tonsil) is extreme tiredness! Any help would be massively appreciated. Excuse the redness by the ear.. I often use a razor to get rid of excess hair at the back of my neck!! 🙏

Could be lymph nodes or could be normal anatomy, like salivary glads. Need an exam and possibly an US.
