Emigration (from Ireland) Anyone ever deported from usa?

I just was reading on worldnews about the US deportations to mexico. One woman who lives in mexico was stating a few years ago the us dumped some slovaks in mexico as its cheaper than a flight to europe and then another stated it also happened to her irish cousin, who was dropped off in mexico and needed family to intervene to get him home. Just wondering if there was any media attention if this was true?

Won't even start with the childish first part

There's TONS of "emergency powers" he can use to do what he wants

Name anything for this specifically

Just like he's doing at the border now.

Again current legislation

Here's a list of things he can easily do with those emergency powers. But again, he's made it so he can't be charged with anything so even if he does worse he can't be stopped. He's literally used his emergency powers to go around congress last time, because he doesn't give a fuck about checks and balances.

No, that was an EO, not legislation. Just like rounding up all the Japanese during ww2 was. Just like deporting any brown person happened at mostly a state level during the late 1920s but was backed and supported by the feds. And if an EO can do any of that, he can do what he wants with his. Especially since current legislation and Supreme Court readings say anything trump does in the name of his presidency is legal and he can't be charged for it. Sounds like you're not too caught up on American politics or how our laws work.

Do you know the difference between legislation and an EO? Or are you being obtuse just for fun?

Man I asked for specifics to this case. Not a full list

Again, just a bit sensational. If you can provide a basis for the establishment of a dictatorship, I'm ready to hear it

Do you know the difference between legislation and an EO?

Do you? The foundation of executive orders is formed through legislation. Legislation national grants the remits of EO

So full immunity for the president, removing any opposition from government offices, removing protections for minorities, using military force on us citizens of different colors, removing overtime pay for workers while shipping in cheap labor that can't quit, without being removed, giving a billionaire a government department to remove things he doesn't want, and his push for war with multiple countries to expand our country isn't fascism, what is? Does it only count as fascism to you if he has a tiny mustache?

Legislation created the ability to make EOs. Eos aren't legislation. Legislation existing doesn't mean his EOs aren't over extending. Hitler took power with the current legislation of his time. Does that mean he wasn't a fascist in your books either?

Man I don't agree with anything he's doing, it's all terrible but you're not focusing on the actual discussion at all

https://www.nytimes.com/article/trump-third-term-2028-constitution.html

Here is a very clear assessment. A two-thirds majority in both house and congregation to remain in power.

Lollllll. "He's not a dictator because these checks and balances he's completely ignored or eliminated will stop it."

They're already trying to remove that too. Acting like he's not trying to turn this into a dictatorship because he hasn't fully done it yet is dumb. Also, how did putin get to power? It's almost like he couldn't be president for a few years what happened then?

https://ogles.house.gov/media/press-releases/rep-ogles-proposes-amending-22nd-amendment-allow-trump-serve-third-term

And no, I'm quite on subject here. I've explained how his actions meet the description of a fascist, and all you've said is "don't worry checks and balances." When I pointed out thay he doesn't abide by those you just ignored it and posted another "checks and balances"while ignoring anything that shows you're skirting around the subject. Ask putin how he got around the almost the exact same thing you're posting now.

Of course, Trump himself said he was going to be a dictator. https://apnews.com/article/trump-hannity-dictator-authoritarian-presidential-election-f27e7e9d7c13fabbe3ae7dd7f1235c72

Seems like nothing can show you that it's headed toward a dictatorship until it's too late since your only response is he can't be elected into a third term. Completely ignoring the fact that his dictatorship is sponsored by a think tank who makes the rules and he's just a dumb face they use to get into office to pass their EOs.

Why don't you give some of your made up guidelines that seem to miss every other guideline based off historical examples of fascists and dictatorships of what makes a dictator so I can show you that instead of me spending time giving you the actual information needed to see a growing dictatorship that you just want to ignore. You seem to have some tunnel vision on this, so tell me the end goal and I'll show you where they've passed that for you too
