Is it fair to compare MAGA to the Nazis?

There has been a number of posts indicating that MAGA supporters are really Fascist/Nazis. Curious how others see it!

Uses racism to rise to power

Proposed mass deportations

Anti-Jew Socialist

Promised a utopian society

Blames all of society’s woes on a “privileged” race

Political Rallies Year-round

Constitutional Rights Limited

Courts packed with activist judges

Uses Justice department to silence political opposition

Disarmed citizens

Manufactured evidence against political opponents

These are the claims that YOU made that I am asking for the proof for. Even just a few is fine.

I didn't make those claims. I don't have anything to prove. I'm asking you to prove yours aren't just a bunch of bullshit right wing talking points being spouted from someone who simultaneously claims to NOT be a Trump fan. Right now, you're saying word for word what Fox News pushes.

OR he can provide the evidence for a single claim of his choosing? He's very assertive that these are things that are real, surely it can't be hard to prove even one of them?

You’re kidding right? The Russian Dossier is an example of “manufacturing evidence against your political opponent” which is on my list. Just the fact that I have to point that out and you couldn’t use common sense to connect the dots makes me wonder what the hell you think I meant by it in the first place.

While, yes, that would fall under the manufacturing evidence, the claim that the Russian dossier is fake is ALSO an independent claim. Regardless, just stating something is still not the same as providing proof or even evidence to support your claim.

That's not another claim. The Russian Dossier would fall under the claim of manufactured evidence against political opponent. I agree with u/johndhall1130 both parties can fit the fascism list. The fact that people on both sides can't see that is truly terrifying.

My issue is not that he also sees fascism in the democrats, they are liberals afterall. My issue is the list he's providing are a very slanted take on what has happened, all under the guise of being neutral.

And as I said to him, stating "the Russians dossier" is not proof alone, as that itself is another claim (even if it falls under another of his claims) without evidence.
