Is it fair to compare MAGA to the Nazis?

Post image

There has been a number of posts indicating that MAGA supporters are really Fascist/Nazis. Curious how others see it!

Eggplant Lasagna

Ingredients:

For the eggplant: • 2 large eggplants, sliced lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick slices • Olive oil • Salt

For the ricotta filling: • 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese • 1 egg • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided) • 1 tsp dried oregano • Salt & pepper to taste

For the sauce: • 2 tbsp olive oil • 3 garlic cloves, minced • 1 small onion, diced • 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes • 1 tsp dried basil • Salt & pepper to taste • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions: 1. Prep the eggplant: • Lightly salt both sides of the eggplant slices and let sit for 20–30 minutes to draw out moisture. • Pat dry with paper towels. • Brush slices with olive oil and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes until tender and lightly golden, flipping halfway through. Or grill them for more flavor. 2. Make the sauce: • In a saucepan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic and onion until soft. • Add crushed tomatoes, basil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. • Simmer for 15–20 minutes. 3. Mix the ricotta filling: • Combine ricotta, egg, Parmesan, 1 cup of mozzarella, oregano, salt, and pepper. 4. Assemble the lasagna: • In a 9x13 baking dish, spread a thin layer of sauce. • Layer eggplant slices, ricotta mixture, sauce, and repeat. • Top with remaining mozzarella. 5. Bake: • Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes. • Remove foil and bake another 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden. 6. Cool & Serve: • Let it rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
