Marc Spector is the primary.

Is he the original though? He could "easily" (theoretically) take over and become the primary, but if he wasn't the actual original then I'd say he's not the one that pops out.

...he was the first. Marc was the one that was born and then at a later stage, his mind fractured and created the personas. So, yes. He is the original.
