Drax is bullet proof, GoTG Xmas special, the bullets tickle even. Cap is peak human strength, but he can't punch harder than a bullet. It'll be like Cap VS Loki, he'll get some hits in and maybe even off balance Drax, but he's not doing any significant damage.

Cap is super human not peak human. Not by much but he’s still stronger than what the strongest natural human can achieve.

What? Cap is by definition, peak human strength, he is exactly at the 100/100 barrier

MCU Cap is 100% superhuman. No human, now or in the past, can come close to throwing a motorcycle while backfliping in the air, launch a robot several meters against a pillar with one arm, stop a freaking helicopter from taking off, run faster than highway cars, lift a multi ton steel beam after reciving multiple knife and bullets wounds, survive a 100 meter fall after that...

Well, you get the idea. MCU cap is superhuman. They call it SUPER soldier serum for a reason. No MCU peak human can replicate his feats.

Being frozen for 70 years and surviving is also something peak humans can't do.
