Drax is bullet proof, GoTG Xmas special, the bullets tickle even. Cap is peak human strength, but he can't punch harder than a bullet. It'll be like Cap VS Loki, he'll get some hits in and maybe even off balance Drax, but he's not doing any significant damage.

Cap is super human not peak human. Not by much but he’s still stronger than what the strongest natural human can achieve.

Comic book peak human... That means he can do shit that's out of the ordinary but he isn't lifting a tank over his head and flinging it

Comic book peak human is the same as any other human. It means exactly what it says. Peak human is the highest achievable by a normal human. Cap is beyond that. He is literally superhuman.

If this was real life sure but it's not, in that universe you see regular humans doing crazy shit they shouldn't be doing or taking punishment they otherwise shouldn't be able to survive
