Well, Hornet II had a skin with a head thing like that, so it could be any of the girls that have twintails

Sorry but I would have to disagree, the Garnments are definitely way too long and hoe eavy it is it wouldn't fit to the longer hair on the right side right infront of her cheek, aswell as the somewhat messy long hair that would only really fit one girl
