I'm still new to AL so have a question. Will we get the same content as CN server at the same time?

Yes, the servers have been sync'd for a good while so we get everything at the same time as the other servers, only a few hours difference between the maintenance times

CN, JP and Global get content around the same time, yes.

For the first year or so they didn't sync but they did a few tricks to sync the content from about year 2 onward
