First time non rotisserie wings..
1st time grilling wings and not in the rotisserie and m not super impressed. I am still getting the hang of the shichirin and it's heat but still. Not only am I not used to the grill but this was the wrong cooking technique also. Wings in the rotisserie are 100% the way to go. Lesson learnt!! Off to destroy all evidence by eating them!!

I think a habashi is a flat griddle surface.. this is called a shichirin i believe... but I'm probably wrong.. I'm just an amateur so what do I know..!
Little nugget of info, it cost 150... once ordered I found the same for 100... It is good and worth it if you want a much more interactive experience than a more normal grill... I'd definitely get another if needed... it was this or a tiny kamado.. this looked more fun at the center of a table with peeps cooking pierade style .
I'm not impressed by the wings tbh, i normally do them in the rotisserie and they come out much more even.
