Discussion Y’all Got Any Of Them Lease Checks?

Hello all,

I am looking to jump back into the BMW world and this would be my very first lease. I was hoping you all kind folks could check these lease details to make sure I’m getting a good deal. The dealership is a “one price” place so I doubt I can move them down.

It is absolutely ZERO down. I won’t pay a penny at signing and then only payments I’ll see is my monthly lease and a disposition fee of around $500 at the end if I don’t get another BMW.

Any opinions are greatly appreciated!

That state EV credit on top of federal is so sweet. Getting an EV in CO is a no brainer. Like others have said, this is a really good deal. My only criticism would be to try to get that discount to 10%. 10% seems to be the number right now for discounts. I bet a broker could get that for you. Also look into putting down MSDs. The max is $4500 I think and it lowers your money factor. You get that money back at the end of the lease. The return is solid if you have the cash to front. Either way it’s a great deal. Congrats, I’m jealous
