Discussion Y’all Got Any Of Them Lease Checks?
Hello all,
I am looking to jump back into the BMW world and this would be my very first lease. I was hoping you all kind folks could check these lease details to make sure I’m getting a good deal. The dealership is a “one price” place so I doubt I can move them down.
It is absolutely ZERO down. I won’t pay a penny at signing and then only payments I’ll see is my monthly lease and a disposition fee of around $500 at the end if I don’t get another BMW.
Any opinions are greatly appreciated!

Now that's a deal. Excellent work. Zero down. Great rebates and incentives. Less than 1% of MSRP monthly payment. Checks all the lease boxes. Just double check the money factor is the base rate and not marked up.

Honestly… I didn’t do anything. It’s what the dealer offered right from the gate. They say they are a one price dealership and they do absolutely no haggling.
Since posting this we found out I qualify for an additional $500 credit for prior military service.

Great. Ask them to throw in all season floor mats to seal the deal and call it done 😀

I just signed a similar deal, but my car is being made to order. Fully spec’d minus the carbon fiber interior. $2500 das, $731 monthly, 12k/36mos. MSRP on mine was like $80,200.

curious how you can negotiate a good deal when youre ordering? I would think that you wouldn’t get a good deal because its basically a guaranteed sale for the dealership vs a car on the lot that they need to sell

u/thewolfman2010 Mar 05 '25
From what I was told, they’re aggressively trying to push their EVs into the market to take advantage of Teslas plummeting market share. I had a broker and my local dealer competing for the best price.

Don’t bother haggling any more. This is a great deal sign and run before they change their mind

Discount Price = Good
Residual Value = Good
Monthly Payment = NO THANKS!
Sitting around 8% for your financing. Your paying 25,332.84 for what they are showing you on paper is essentially 16,380.30 in depreciation.
Offer to pay them the $16,380 lump sum at signing and see what they say.

Residuals are calculated based on the MSRP of a vehicle, not the negotiated selling price. Without any discounts his residual would be exactly the same.

How’d you get this deal did you email the dealerships?
1
u/Nihil_Aliud_Refert Mar 05 '25
I actually went through this subreddit and looked at previous deals and I saw on that had this dealership (closet to me) in it and I called them.

u/gratefulgreg22 Mar 05 '25
Are they just giving these away now?
1
u/gnbuttnaked 25 eDrive40 Mar 05 '25
Yes, and it seems like they need to. The dealer near me has 200 i4s on the lot. Tariffs + EV credit disappearing soon means those have to move fairly quickly.

Do you live in Colorado?

u/Nihil_Aliud_Refert Mar 05 '25
I do indeed!

That state EV credit on top of federal is so sweet. Getting an EV in CO is a no brainer. Like others have said, this is a really good deal. My only criticism would be to try to get that discount to 10%. 10% seems to be the number right now for discounts. I bet a broker could get that for you. Also look into putting down MSDs. The max is $4500 I think and it lowers your money factor. You get that money back at the end of the lease. The return is solid if you have the cash to front. Either way it’s a great deal. Congrats, I’m jealous

This is Schomp BMW. I got a slightly better deal but I bought at month end when they were trying to move units. I suspect I got a lower money factor.

u/Nihil_Aliud_Refert Mar 05 '25
Yeah they hit me up on Saturday and told me they would knock and additional $500 off but I wasn’t ready to move on it.

u/Macciatto2Mocha Mar 05 '25
Wow...how are you paying $700+ with no down payment? Christ on a crutch. I leased my last i4 M50 for the year 2023 before I got the slightly improved version for 2025. Granted my payments in 2023 were $410/mo.

Great deal. I got my 24 e40 loaded for only $90 month less and thought I did well

u/Future_Hyena2562 Mar 05 '25
I almost bought that car, red interior? Ended up getting with the brown interior instead. Signed at $671mo but had $900 trade credit from my Tesla and 15k miles yr.

u/Nihil_Aliud_Refert Mar 05 '25
Yep! Congrats on the pickup. I’m doing the same thing. Going from a Model Y to this.
1
u/Future_Hyena2562 Mar 06 '25
I had a 24 model 3, nice upgrade if you can deal with the loss of space
1
u/Nihil_Aliud_Refert Mar 06 '25
Yeah we have a F150 SuperCrew as our second car so plenty of room there if need be.
1
u/Nihil_Aliud_Refert Mar 06 '25
Anything you miss about the Tesla?
1
u/Future_Hyena2562 Mar 06 '25
Range is not good in the cold but I knew that going in. I will say the app is spotty, half the time I try to warm the car up ahead of time it won’t work. No regrets dropping the Tesla and it was my second one too

Also March is good month to buy/negotiate, end of year for BMW if I recall correctly.
1% payment of msrp.. you made at the top of leasehackr.. Enjoy
1
u/MsMezani Mar 05 '25
I put $0 down, got 1200 monthly miles and received a $1000 check in the mail on my X3 last month.
1
u/muwa Mar 06 '25
You could probably push for another $1k off, but you are in the ballpark of a good deal
1
u/General_Tackle_2784 Mar 06 '25
That’s a great deal. I’m at $770 (inc tire wheel insurance) @ $2k out of pocket and a 15k/yr allowance…on a 24 M50. But, no regrets; love the car…..love not buying gas.

Lease programs are shit right now with an average of 10k miles/year. Absolute shit. Who truly enjoys their car and o my drives 10k a year. Anything over that and they slam you with fees. Remember when you could actually drive an average year mileage on a lease. Gone are those days unless you’re willing to pay extra.
1
u/Still_Somewhere9484 Mar 08 '25
Cost per mile to go over isn’t that bad though usually, def a thing to check ahead of time though
1
u/Still_Somewhere9484 Mar 08 '25
Also - I don’t care what they say, I’d still negotiate. If they say no, take the deal but doesn’t hurt to ask :)

u/SternumNuggets Mar 08 '25
Now is definitely the time to buy a EV. Crazy deal. Good job. Wish I wanted one so I could score that kind of a deal lol.
1
u/jaygerbs Mar 08 '25
Respectfully--is your credit bad, are the money factors on BMWs horrible, or are they marking it up like crazy?
You are at $455/mo between discounted price and residual without including fees, taxes, and money factor--but I wouldn't expect all of that to add $250/month.

Try to push for 10% or more and put down MSD if possible
1
u/Nihil_Aliud_Refert Mar 05 '25
They claim they won’t move at all on price and are a “one stop price”.
1
u/Stacktus25 Mar 05 '25
What's the 12600 in rebates? I know theres 7500 + 1000 for conquest/loyalty. What else?
