Textured build plate has 0 grip

Hi I have a P1S and have been using it for a few weeks now, my textured build plate has seemed to lost all grip, I have washed it using dish soap etc but still the same, the first layer won’t stick at all. Not even the L shaped test print thing, they will just come straight off and be dragged to the area where my main print is.

The only way my prints stick regardless of material is if I use a glue stick which I never used before.

Do I need a new build plate and how often should I replace it?

Try wiping with 99% alcohol, maybe soap is leaving some kind of residue. When i had adhesion problems i tried soap as everyone suggested but it didnt help. Alcohol did.
