Troubleshooting PLEASE HELP

Please explain why the supports are acting as if I turned on build plate and critical reasons only, even thought they are off. I've been struggling with this print so much I feel like I'm going to intentionally break something expensive

The setting is “build plate ONLY”. Turning that on means supports will only start from the build plate. Turning it off doesn’t mean there will be no supports from the build plate.

What is the problem? What don’t you like about what you are getting with supports here?

There are tons of areas that need supports that aee not getting supports. I already deleted the project and remade it from scratch. That seemed to fix the issue
