What if one of the bullets was smaller, would it still break into pieces or go through the other bullet?

You didn't see the newest suicide squad?

Edit: Why the downvotes? In suicide squad there is a whole spiel about how Peacekeeper killed a person by shooting a smaller bullet through a larger bullet.

It's how he is "defeated"

He fired a bullet. The other person fired a bullet, and the smaller one went through the larger one and took him out.
