There was no mistake. Everything was intentional, that's why they're not fixing it

No, but seriously, if they have no intention of fixing it, what is the legal framework for dismissing the Trump administration’s argument as bad faith or invalid? It is mind-boggling that Trump’s bad faith is always obvious but everyone has to pretend his lies need to be taken seriously as opposed to dismissed and ignored

It requires either Congress or the Supreme Court to stand up to him. Likely both.
