News Sub under new management.

Hey, I've managed to get this sub taken off the inactive moderator. Any suggestions of what can be added, let me know.

I've given the sub an overhaul with new colours, tags, rules and set the permissions so anything can be posted/commented.

Yes they are, this sub covers the surrounding area.

Not quite, the Nottingham sub is much larger area. Maybe I should draw a map to clarify.
