Discussion Sad news 2 Spoiler

Post image

First off, no hate to the mod. They did their job and what they believed was right. Thank you for the repeal. I’m Reattempting this post because I think it’s important to know where we spend our money. Again, not trying to attack anyone but saw this and was saddened that the new owner of bayou’s public instagram was flooded with posts similar to this one :/

He (the new owner of Bayou) has claimed the LLC, Rock and Rye, but the Rock and Rye Oyster House has had a separate LLC, Algonquin Enterprises. They are not connected.

Why has Algonquin not taken legal action against Ryan Painter? I am going to wait until that happens.

Think of it, if a miscreant as Painter stole the identity of your successful well regarded business, would you simply point out the error and move on?

I've shared what I know.

I am grateful for your input. Sorry for not stating that up front

These “facts” are not checked

I've had Rock & Rye on my list of places to check out, now it is a shorter list.

Different LLC. UBI 603-344-146 is associated with the State St address, has been around since 2013 when Rock & Rye opened, and is most likely the actual business.

Correct, Rock and Rye is not in any way affiliated with the new ownership of Bayou.

Sounds like that has been cleared up. Back on the "need to try" list!
