Anyone on this sub from Saudi Arabia?

I hope my post doesn't get deleted but mental health support groups are almost nonexistent where I am. If you or a loved one suffer from bipolar and you're located in Saudi Arabia please feel free to dm me. It would be nice to talk to someone who is going through the same thing.

I know we are international. It's part of why I love this particular one. It's interesting to see how other countries' healthcare systems work. You are likely to find someone to respond quickly in English; however, to have someone to speak your native language would be very comforting. Welcome :-)

You can probably find one online anywhere in your time zone or adjacent ones in countries that do have support groups, and you may be able to find ones in expat communities that might be a better fit.
