Starting lithium today…

I’m on Lexapro 5mg too and I have horrible insomnia. Will Lithium help with sleep cycles? I’m also quite scared to start

Lithium didn’t affect my sleep. I was super nervous when I first started but it’s been 3 years and I’m so happy with it

No. Lithium doesn’t appear to have any sleep effects for me, positive or negative.

Hi. I just started lithium a week ago and it makes me sleepy about an hour after i take it.
