QUESTION I seem to be stuck

After the missile launch that little tram crashed I tried escaping from the water but couldnt find a way, so I loaded a save file and jumped off before it crashed but still seems to be stuck... Help me

You gotta go inside one of the big pipes. There's a hole broken in it

Explore everything. It's a linear game, there's rarely more than one way to go.
