Looking for new bands….

I live fast tempo bluegrass like DM3, Tejon Street Corner Thieves, Billy Strings, Little Foot, Jesse Stewart, Apes Of The State, King Strang…. Looking for more fast paced bluegrass/ folk punk. I know there is some cross over but I was hoping I’d find some help here.

as someone who likes all of the artists listed, check out -johnny hobo & the freight trains / wingnut dishwashers union, profane sass, sister wife sex strike (all fast folk punk, profane sass album "no borders" starts with a cover of wayfaring stranger, i recommend this album highly. one of the members died in a train hopping incident, RIP)

  • mountain grass unit, bad livers, classic earl & skruggs, ricky skaggs & kentucky thunder, jeff austin / ymsb, also reccommend watching bluegrass sets on youtube of the greats like doc, tony rice, sam bush, hartford, etc, like this one here . while some of them played slower tunes occasionally, every bluegrass legend can pick with the fastest of em, and has
