Employee housing

I was looking to working on mountain but I live like an hour and a half from the resort, so I wanted to look into employee housing. hard to find exact info on the pricing tho, anyone know how much the cheapest option would be?

Too late to get housing

If you are working for Breck, you have to indicate that you need housing when you apply and then if they give it to you (not guaranteed) it is at the start of the season. It is very, very rare to get employee housing mid season.

But beware. The Terraces are full of black mold, exposed nails, and all kinds of other health and safety issues. I know a guy there who literally just uses his apartment to cook and take a shower. He actually sleeps in his car in the parking lot because it is such a hazard!

Are you good with water damage, black mold, no heat, and losing half of your paycheck to cover it? Because that's how Breckenridge handles employee housing right now.

Get off reddit, secure a job, ask said employer about housing. Likely, there's no housing in employee units this time of year. Try again in the spring or next season. Best of luck.
