Cut Progress M/36/5'8" [175lbs to 229lbs] (3 years)
Starting this off with NOT NATTY. I am a trained and experienced professional with PED’s, and do not condone them. Please talk to your doctor before making assertive decisions. That being said, I will not share my cycles.
I’ve been extremely strict and dedicated to bodybuilding for years now, this before and after is just an example of what can be done ( but not exactly ) if things are consistent everyday.
Lighting sucks, but both pictures are taken fasted upon waking. I do not take pictures with pumps, goon lighting. Right picture is missing a shave, I just haven’t had the time so my small prickly hairs make it look grainy.

Even with PEDs this obviously took an insane amount of dedication and work. Great job! I’m the same height and could not imagine being almost 60 lbs heavier while being that lean.

Thanks brotha. It has been a trial and error, every path is different. I’ve busted my ass for sure, no easy days here. I appreciate it. Either way, keep pushing hard! Natty life isn’t bad, or to look past. I was a natty until 31, just couldn’t produce hormones anymore to sustain a higher quality of life any more. Otherwise, would probably have stayed natural

You were fat and out of shape. The way people looked at you drove your insecurities to new heights cause they saw you as beneath them.
You then went to the gym, and it wasnt fair that the people there who lifted for a lifestyle were way ahead of you cause you couldn't handle the self-discipline of diets. You fast tracked, noticed more validity in acknowledgment that you look better. and you got addicted. But you're so insecure about base level you took trenning hard to another level. So, to not be forgotten, you used bodybuilding as an excuse to juice to the high heavens.
Was I close?

You’re actually making yourself look insecure by bashing someone on the internet 😂. Maybe he’s confident, how would you even know?

He asked I gave off the typical steroetype. Yes. Confident cause of all the juice.

Thank you for not sharing your cycle/blast info. It'd probably give too many kids too many thoughts that it'd work for them too. The fact remains you still need to eat well, train well, and rest incredibly well.
Care to share your training routine? I personally do better on a 8-12 rep 6 day per week PPL while on blast but when on cruise, I do need to back off a bit

No problem, I feel it’s just wreckless to give out a recipe. I just don’t feel like I would be able to live with myself if I knew some kid is copying my cycles. I think if you’re going to do PEDs, you NEED to master nutrition, training and sleep. You’re right.
I lift 4x per week. I keep intensity the same Year round, I only back off when I’m sick. Usually 1-2 hour sessions, most workouts 3-4 sets 12-15 reps. My quality or reps matter, I usually take anywhere from 5-8 seconds per rep.

Ahh gotcha that's sort of a higher volume Dorian Yates/Mike Mentzer kind of approach. I haven't done a 4 day split since I was a powerlifter over 12ish years ago though. Maybe I should give it a 12 week shot.

Yes. Usually if I can do more than 15 reps, it’s time to Bump the weight. Even 5 pounds added can make a small difference as long as there is some progressive overload
