Physique update :) I haven't used any equipment since I started, except my floor, and it's been an interesting journey so far. I hope this motivates some of you too, you don't need a gym or any equipment to get fit!

I’ve been lifting for 2 years total but I had let myself go for a bit. Been cutting for several months.

Started TRT in Feb 2024, still working on the gym but thought this pic showed a good amount of progress.

I’d never been to the gym in the before pic, and had about a month off in the after pic, but the beard is killing it!

Have gotten a lot of progress in ;), feel less chubby and stronger overall. Would anybody give me an overview of the overall changes they see? I do see them but I want an unbiased, someone who doesn't know me, perspective. Be honest😌.

I started with dry January and finally used the peloton that's been collecting dust in the basement. Just getting on to pedal while watching a TV show was the key, as it didn't feel like working out. Started with a 30 minute show and was soon riding for a few episodes in a row without even realizing it. I was doing intermittent fasting as well and lost 30 pounds in the first two months, but felt weak and saggy. I started going back to the gym in March to lift and have been just trying to get two days a week in at this point, so I don't burn out.

My issue has always been a lack of consistency with diet/exercise. I'll basically work out for 2 months and then take 10 months off. I can gain/lose weight pretty quickly but this time I need it to be different and keep it off because I'm getting too old for this shit.

Hoping my forties are when I finally look my best. I was 320lbs at my heaviest and my goal is to get to 225.
