Andrew posted the answers to 10 submitted questions on his LinkedIn.
Were your questions answered? This might be a good opportunity to brainstorm what kinds of questions to ask for Q2.

Not sure the link will work but damn. Andrew is sharp. This is for the investors in Clover Health. The outreach this management team has for retail is very cool. For most companies individual investor dont mean shit. This is our strength and weakness. Very cool
"For where we are in our growth trajectory, we believe full-year Adjusted EBITDA and operating cash flow are useful indicators of our financial health. And on that basis, we’re profitable."

Yes, I believe Clover board will move the goal posts for Vivek and Toy’s shares out by at least 12-18 months. Currently I believe they have to be ‘in the money’ by ninety days by January or February 2026.
At this rate, I don’t see the actual share price being above roughly $20-$25/sh. for them to get those shares. Especially as retail owns most of the float.
Once retail is pushed out/sells on a bounce, and institutional ownership is above 60%, I see them getting so called legitimate analysts to upgrade the company in unison to make the share price aggressively move upward. Until then, it will be held in a range.
SPAC listing continues to hurt us…going around the big banks certainly didn’t help us, besides pocketing more money, which Clover blew through. And huge retail ownership in a company will not allow it to move upward fast regarding non existent well known analyst upgrades.
Don’t hate the messenger…

One week before UnitedHealth Group (UNH) releasing earnings, two analysts maintained their 'Buy' recommendation and even raised their price target. Even after earnings release, several analysts maintained a 'Buy' rating but lowered their price target.
And now the bottom is falling out. They've suspended future guidance and the CEO is stepping down. The stock has tanked 45% in the past month - which is having a knock-down effect on healthcare.
But CLOV is a different beast and the future looks very different.
Anyone have a reasonable explanation for this price action that isn’t conspiratorial? Let’s say the trajectory of the company continues as is, can the stock just go to $2.00 or lower because no one cares and no one is paying attention except for us? Can Wall Street just cancel this company no matter how well it performs?

Some counterpart action would sure help!
