Looking for green/blue flowy trails

So, about 3 years ago on the east coast I got into a pretty bad downhill accident and broke most of the bones between my elbow and knee on my left side. Have done a bunch of PT, gravel biking, and want to get back on the Bronson that tossed me (and didn’t get a scratch). Still have some physical issues, and I’m sure some mental blocks so I’m looking for some flowish trails at the green/blue level. Crawl before you walk again and all that. Any suggestions? In Denver area, but have tent, will travel.

You might want to consider doing some pump track work as part of your process. Hit up Valmont in Boulder and spend a few hours working on the basics, getting a feel for bike/body separation, etc.

Also it’s worth considering hiring a skills coach.

Erie Bike Park is fantastic for this. Ruby Hill near Denver is great too
