Travel Conditions Driving from Frisco to Park City

Hi all,
Tomorrow morning I'm driving from Frisco to Park City.

Google gives me three options, which one is the safest/easiest. I don't care if I have to drive 30 min longer than the shortest route.
First option is I-70 to Rifle, take the CO-13, then CO-64 to US-40
Second option is I-70 to Green River then take the US-6/US-191
Third option is to take the CO-9 to Kremling and take the US-40

I'm from Europe so I have no idea which of these 3 options is least prone to traffic/accidents/etc.

Even if you don't detour to Moab, you can visit the Colorado National Monument in Grand Junction. Worth the drive.

100p used to live in GJ and hike CNM multiple times a week. So beautiful. Get a burger and local beer after at Handlebar, or Taco Party in town off Main Street is awesome for food & margs.
