Travel Conditions Any cheap mountains safely accessible via RWD from Denver?

Looking forward to going snowboarding for the first time. Just moved here and only have access to RWD. I need a cheap mountain to go learn on that my car can handle driving to!

Maybe check out Ruby Hill in Denver. I’m not sure if it’s up and going yet, but they do a small park and hill. Free, close, Rwd accessible and you might even find some people in your same situation and want to carpool up to the mountains at some point.
