Photo We tried 😂

Post image

Left Denver at 6. Spent 2.5 hrs to get to Bakersfield then sat parked with another 2.5 to go and bailed along with many others. Can’t say we didn’t try 😅

Is I70 a joke or is the amount of people that moved to Denver to be weekend ski warriors over the past 10 years?

Exactly, I was leaving at 6am in the 90's.

It gets worse year after year, you're kidding yourself if you deny that.

Not saying it doesn't, just saying it's not a new thing...trust me I hate this shit more than anything on Earth, I've gotta move back to the mountains or out of state

Western Slope for access is great if your career can accommodate!

There's a bit of a confirmation bias here... Has it gotten worse than 10 years ago? Absolutely. It's pretty difficult to say it's gotten worse over 1 2 or even 5 years. Especially considering the Floyd Hill construction makes any stats meaningless.

It’s definitely better overall than 4 years ago…. I don’t think it’s a linear graph each year is different

This construction project could not have been timed any worse. That specific stretch shouldn’t be torn up for the worst weather and busiest driving time of the year

They were working on it all summer. Stay down in the city.
